Career change for virtual world?
lol
I am still pondering about Ars Nova's skin.
What do you think? should I buy? its 1300L for just single skin.
No, I'm just jaded and bored.
I bitched about it to my 16 year old, and he said I should practice my instruments. LOL Yea in my RL. Has he not noticed I have been spending more than several hours a day in front of that $ 56K machine every day? LOL He must be tuning out the sounds mentally and not noticing at all anymore. (I must say I am making an effort to learn classical(like mozart.. eek) and baroque(bach. yea) I even start practicing Vivaldi's aria for the castrato.(!) Seriously, my voice falls in between the range and counter tenor aria is very confortable for me. So I'm squeaking aria from Giustino... I find it less strenous than flashy Donizetti without any sort of operatic training ... ...(i have very basic classical voice training in the past. But not opera.)
I think its very funny if anyone heard me singing baroque opera aria in my car in California city. hahahahaha
In second life, I think its time to learn clothing designs.
I have been staring at the templates for like two days now. I guess I'm fiddling the idea inside my head for all these hours. Some sort of Goth/Regent or goth/Biedemeier style. (I'm not really into Victorian, even tho I love the whole 19th century thing, I never liked Victorian English style. They are just that up in the ass, you can tell that its never my style. )
I really cant say what it look like because they are all still inside my head. LOL
My creative process had started long before it would be realized on photoshop. All I have to do is find the proper ways. Once it gets rolling it should not be that hard. They are all labor. But right now, its the hardest part of them all.
Finding some inspirations.
I'm not talking about surfing the websites and stealing the designs or downloading some catalog pictures.
I'm talking about tracing back some of my favorite books, letters of artists, music ... that sort of thing. IT takes a lot of time.
Imagining what went on the salon hosted by the wives of newly emerged social class, mixing with bohemians and aristocrats, politicians and priests... That sort of things gives me an inspiration. I know its unusual, but it can't be helped.
There may be month before something comes out, but I am not worried.
